My client, a rapidly growing online business based in Burton upon Trent is recruiting an experienced CRM Executive (Hybrid) to join their expanding CRM team. Applicants must have experience working in a similar Email Marketing, Marketing, Acquisition or solely CRM role. Reporting directly into Head of CRM, the CRM Executive role will support in planning and delivering campaigns across the lifecycle model, including but not limited to: - Acquisition - Onboarding - Data collection - Affiliate conversion
This role will be hands-on in delivering email campaigns to increase the number of members interacting with the programme to deliver against KPI targets. It will require the ability to use reports to monitor performance and inform future activities.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end delivery of email campaigns to achieve KPI targets – this will include planning, building, testing and launch of campaigns
Use relational data to create targeting segments and personalise campaigns.
Using reporting data and A/B testing of campaigns to maximise effectiveness
Set up automated journeys to scale campaigns
Use monthly MI reports to monitor the performance of activity against KPIs.
Responsible for ensuring all emails are aligned with the brand guidelines and the retail calendar.
Provide regular insights and analysis on campaign performance to the wider email team
Making future recommendations based on learnings role reports directly to the Head of CRM and Member Lifecycle and will best suit a candidate who enjoys a blend of planning and operational working.
Work with wider CRM team to ensure that members are moving through the lifecycle model to maximise revenue
Work with Partnership Managers to deliver partner CRM objectives
Work with Creative team to identify appropriate messaging to target members and provide feedback on effectiveness
Skills Required:
Must have 1-2 years’ experience working in an operational CRM role delivering email campaigns
Previous experience of working with lifecycle automated email journeys and triggers Strong written and verbal communication skills
Numerate with analytical and problem-solving skills
Self-directed learner who is keen to stay updated on CRM technologies and ideas Experience of working in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment with competing deadlines and priorities
Results driven with experience of using MI reporting and KPI’s to drive ongoing improvements
Knowledge of HTML and SQL would be beneficial
Ideally educated to degree level
Salary £30k-£35k, depending on experience, hybrid (2 days from home, 3 in office after 4 week induction) flexible working hours to suit, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, pension, onsite parking, long term training & development
