You will join a team that is fully committed to making a difference to the lives of those who they provide care for. This is a unit which is nurse led to provide a rehabilitation program for service users aged 18 years old and over who have received an acquired brain injury through direct or organic trauma and require supported living. The team support people who have received an acquired brain injury through direct or organic trauma and require supported living. The Management team are passionate in ensuring that the service users live as independent as possible.
You will be a fully qualified RGN or RMN and have demonstrable experience supporting service users living with an acquired brain injury. You will be passionate in ensuring our service users receive the support and time to regain or to practice the skills necessary to live as independent as possible.
You will ensure our service users have access to the local community and be involved in activities and events to pursue their own personal interests. Our emphasis is that the physical, social, psychological and emotional needs of our service users are met at all times
